GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Minimum age driver is 21 years old Driver needs to have a valid driver license of at least 1 year.
Payment and deposit
• Payment needs to be done upon delivery of the car rental We require a deposit for car damage or theft The deposit ranges from 600 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the car model : 600 EUR groups A and B, 800 EUR group C and 1500 EUR group 4×4 Deposits are fully refundable if no damage occurs The deposit is for us to be sure the renter will fully respect the rental conditions The client is responsible for any damage and theft up to the amount of the deposit (the deposit is the same amount as the non-waivable excess). All damage and theft above that amount is covered by the car insurance If the cost of a damage of a rented vehicle is lower than the amount of the deposit, you will not be charged more than the cost of repair and the rest will be fully refunded back to your credit card.
General
• Pricing is including unlimited km and all taxes and VAT (20%) Child or baby seat for free by prior notice and upon availability GPS with maps for Morocco for free by prior notice and upon availability Although we try to reserve specified car models, only car groups can be confirmed We will not rent our cars to anyone, who has used alcohol or drugs We can also refuse to rent the car to customers who behave in an aggressive way We allow reservations for two and more drivers, but only with prior notice No extra fee will be charged by us Unless stated otherwise or agreed in advance, one day of rental is 24 hours If the rental period exceeds 25 hours, the customer is charged for the next day of rental.
INSURANCES
• All cars are covered with insurance that includes collision damage waiver (CDW), theft protection (TP) and insurance for Civil Liability for those specified as renters in the contract CDW and TP insurance do not exclude responsibility of the renter The non-waivable excess (a deposit authorized from the credit card, fully refundable if no damage occurs) ranges from 600 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the car model (600 EUR groups A and B, 800 EUR group C and 1500 EUR group 4×4). This deposit is preauthorized from credit card at the beginning of the car rental and fully refunded if no damage or theft occurs The renter is fully responsible for any costs that may arise as a result of using alcohol or drugs or if the car is stolen along with the keys and/or car documents. Renter should keep the documents and keys with him/her.
